About us
I´m Daniella
I wasn’t always the confident, grounded woman you see today.
For a long time, I struggled to believe I was capable of building a life on my own terms.
I had big ideas, creative dreams, and so much ambition—but I buried them under fear, overthinking, and other people’s expectations.
Back then, choosing a “safe” path felt like the smart thing to do.
A steady paycheck, a prestigious career, external validation—after all, “only a few lucky ones actually make it,” right?
So, I followed the script.
I picked a career I didn’t love, and after college, I took a completely different path—still not aligned with who I truly was. Each decision wasn’t about what I wanted, but about who I thought I had to be to be taken seriously… to be accepted… to be “enough.”
The cost? My joy, my creativity, my confidence, my sense of purpose.
I had silenced my voice in an effort to prove my worth to everyone else—while slowly losing it for myself.
Until one day, I asked a different question:
What if I stopped trying to exceed everyone else’s expectations—and started exceeding my own?
That shift changed everything. I chose to stop playing small. I stopped waiting for permission. And I committed—to doing the inner work, to building real confidence, to creating a life that felt true.
It hasn’t always been easy… but it’s been so worth it. And now, I help others do the same—because you don’t have to sacrifice who you are to create the life you want.
After leaving my job and moving to a new country with my now husband, I expected adventure, growth, maybe a fresh start.
What I didn’t expect… was how deeply lost I’d feel.
I found myself far from everything familiar—my family, my friends, my language, my culture, my comfort.
The people I love most—my parents, my brothers, my closest friends—were now oceans away.
And no matter how beautiful the new place was… loneliness hit me hard.
I struggled with identity, with emotional disconnection, and even with my relationships. It felt like everything that once grounded me had been pulled out from under me.
That’s when coaching found me.
I didn’t plan to become a coach—I became a client first.
And that changed everything.
When I finally felt ready to move forward, coaching found me.
It didn’t come to heal my past—it came to help me build my future.
Coaching gave me the structure, momentum, and clarity I was craving.
It helped me stop replaying old stories and start writing new ones.
And once I experienced that kind of shift—the kind that brings you back to yourself and moves you forward with purpose—I knew:
I wanted others to feel this too.
I trained and got certified by an AC-accredited school.
And ever since, I’ve been diving deep into what truly helps us grow—inside and out.
Since then, I’ve been committed to learning how to help others create real, lasting change.
Continuously studying CBT, exploring NLP, and diving deep into behavioral science—because I believe in using tools that are not just inspiring, but actually effective.
Because I know what it feels like to be lost… and I also know what it takes to find your way back. If you’re in a season where everything feels heavy, uncertain, or like something inside you is trying to break through…
You’re not alone.
And you don’t have to figure it out alone either.
